Submission & Evaluation
Interested firms must submit a Capabilities Statement via email to rhonda.ligon@ios.doi.gov by May 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. The email subject line must be "Request for Information for Data Analytics and Services". The Capabilities Statement should include:
- (a) Business Information: Company name, address, Point of Contact (POC), CAGE Code, UEI, business size, and socioeconomic status.
- (b) Relevant Experience: Evidence of similar data analytics projects, analysis of operational/industrial data, and deployment/support of analytics software/platforms in the past several years. Include project details (contract numbers, titles, values, POCs).
- (c) Technical Capability: Description of capabilities related to data analytics tools, analyzing/trending/visualizing performance data, identifying anomalies, and providing training/support/configuration/integration assistance.
- (d) Resources: Relevant personnel, software, hardware, or tools available, and demonstrated ability to support the described work.
