Scope of Requirement
The USGS requires continued use of specific QPS software modules. The deliverables include one-year subscription licenses and annual support for the following:
- Qinsy 9
- Qimera 2
- Fledermaus 8
- FMGeocoder (Standalone)
- Automatic Height Matching
- TU Delft Sound Speed Inversion
- HIPS I/O
Target Audience & NAICS
Responses are specifically requested from firms with the following socioeconomic statuses: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), SBA certified Small Business HubZone, SBA certified 8(a) program, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Small Businesses. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 (Software Publishers) with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 million.
Submission Requirements
Interested small business firms must submit the following information:
- Firm's Name, Address, and Phone Number (including SAM UEI NUMBER).
- Capability Statement detailing:
- Recent (within the last three fiscal years) relevant performance history (similar projects), including owner contact information.
- Capacity in which work was performed (e.g., prime, subcontractor).
- Firm's Size Status.
All responses must be submitted via email to beth_wilson@ios.doi.gov by the deadline. Your company must have a SAM Unique Identifier number and be registered in SAM.
