The purpose of this notice is to notify interested parties that the Department of Veterans (VA) intends to issue a sole source procurement for Health Information Coding, Billing, and Auditing Encoder Software Solution. Following the review of all RFI responses, VA has determined that this requirement will be procured as a sole source in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.

A formal notice of intent will be issued to Open Market via SAM.gov IAW FAR 5.201 and 5.203.
