Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and supervision for the JCLC event. This includes:
- Lodging and meal services (including 30 vegetarian meals per meal, bagged lunches on June 5, 2026).
- Training facilities and programs such as team building, leadership reaction courses, land navigation, swimming, athletic field use, canoeing, and archery.
- Medical support, including at least one person with First Aid/CPR, an on-call physician, and an air evacuation landing area.
- Certified trainers and six certified lifeguards/spotters.

Responses will be used to assess industry capabilities and determine if a small business set-aside is appropriate for a future solicitation. Not responding does not preclude participation in any future RFQ/IFB/RFP.

- Information on commercial availability, including pricing, delivery schedules, and customary terms.
- Recommendations to structure contract requirements for small business competition.

- Recommendations to improve the draft PWS/specifications.
