- Meals: Nutritionally balanced, hot meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for all participants, adhering to Tennessee Department of Agriculture standards. Accommodations for 20 vegetarian meals per meal are required, with no peanut butter or peanut oil products.
- Training & Facilities: Classroom, office, nursing space, gymnasium, and facilities for STEM training activities such as coding, programming, and operating robots. WIFI access must be provided.
- Personnel: Certified instructors (CSTA certified), medical support (six nurses), and 10 chaperones.
- Equipment & Supplies: All necessary equipment, supplies, furniture, and materials.
- Transportation: As required.
