- Software Functionality: Support for X12N, NCPDP, OR 3, OR 4 & 5, and attachments transaction types, processing up to 4.5 million members, 100 trading partners, and 15 named users.
- Maintenance & Support: 24x7x365 technical support, including fixes, patches, updates, and upgrades, plus enterprise-level training programs.
- Compliance: Adherence to HIPAA, HHS Final Rule, Section 508 accessibility, VA Technical Reference Model (TRM), IPv6, Zero Trust principles, and SSN reduction mandates.
- Security: Compliance with VA Critical Security Controls, FIPS 140-2/140-3, and Zero Trust Architecture.
