Background:

The purpose of this requirement is to upgrade all existing licenses to the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV).

Objective: This task covers a phased upgrade of the Avigilon software platform from the current production version to Version 7, with provisions for a future upgrade to Version 8 pending required approvals in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) (See attached copy of SOW)

Unique Qualifications:

The requirement is for an upgrade to existing proprietary software licenses currently maintained by an authorized distributor. The distributor is the only source capable of providing the required upgrades while ensuring license compliance, compatibility, and continued manufacturer support. This requirement represents a logical continuation of the existing licensed environment. Avigilon Camera System being a proprietary solution managed exclusively by Electronic Specialty Company, in a current maintenance contract the system s unique configuration, software versioning, and administrative access requirements

Award Information:

Solicitation No. 36C24526Q0228 will be presented to the contractor in accordance with the sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1 as a firm fixed-price contract. The period of performance shall be for one base year. The anticipated Period of Performance reads as follows:
