The contractor must provide all necessary services, equipment, labor, materials, supervision, and tools. Key deliverables include:
- Three base year licenses for the C-CURE 9000 software.
- Three client workstation connections.
- Three PACS service connections.
- Three USB Card readers.
- Assistance with installation questions and support. The period of performance is 30 days from the Notice to Proceed. Services will be performed at the Elko CBOC, Saint George CBOC, and Idaho Falls CBOC.

The brand-name justification stems from the inability of alternative software to interface with the current C-CURE 9000 system, ensuring consistency, security, and operational efficiency. Only new OEM supplies, software, and licenses will be accepted, and offerors must be an OEM or authorized dealer/distributor/reseller, providing an OEM authorization letter. Strict adherence to VA Handbook 6500.6 (Appendices B & C) regarding information and IT security, privacy, data handling, and incident reporting is mandatory. Offerors must also complete the Buy American Certificate (Provision 52.225-2).
