This is a Request for Information (RFI) to gauge industry capability for providing temporary chemical toilet units and associated servicing. No solicitation is being issued at this time; this notice is for market research and planning purposes only.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for eight (8) portable chemical toilet units, adhering to an attached Statement of Work (SOW). Key services include:
- Providing portable chemical toilet units.
- Servicing units three (3) times per week, including draining, sanitizing, cleaning, and waste disposal.
- Restocking toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and urinal cakes.
- Maintaining units to be clean, sanitized, deodorized, and decalcified, with replacement if standards are not met.
- Each unit must include a toilet, urinal with cake, toilet paper dispenser, hand sanitizer dispenser, and containment pan.
