Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will supply shipping boxes and integrated label invoice paper for the VISN 20 Optical Fabrication Laboratory (OFL), which produces an estimated 50,000 to 200,000 pairs of ophthalmic eyewear annually.
- Shipping Boxes: Must be new, fully assembled, auto-bottom, with dimensions of 7.5 inches long x 3.5 inches wide x 2.5 inches tall. Design approval from VISN 20 OFL Manager is required.
- Invoice Paper: Must be 8.5 inches x 11 inches, #20 Integrated Label, supplied in boxes of 1000 sheets, and be 95% functional. Design approval is also required.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
