Scope of Work
The objective is to plan, execute, and oversee training exercises for the 81st Weapons of Mass Destruction – Civil Support Team (WMD-CST) to ensure mission readiness for complex CBRN incidents. The scope includes:
- Preparing and hosting a joint training event.
- Conducting realistic scenarios for site characterization, survey, and sampling in hazardous environments.
- Incorporating advanced challenges such as live radiological sources, variable oxygen atmospheres, and simulation of clandestine laboratories with threats like synthetic opioids or chemical precursors.
- Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control, excluding Government Furnished items.
