Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To enhance the skills and knowledge of 82 TRG administrative and Instructor personnel in conducting critical data analysis and producing meaningful data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI. The training aims to prepare trainees for the PL-300 and PL-900 Power BI Microsoft Data Analyst certification exams.

• Provide instructor-led, virtual training via Microsoft TEAMS for Microsoft Power BI.

• Train 10 participants for both Microsoft Power BI analysts PL300 and PL-900 courses.

• Provide 1 Exam Voucher per course (20 Total).

• Provide 1 Re-take voucher per exam (If needed).

• Training to be completed within a 2-month period following the date of award.

• Contractor will supply course materials.

• Training location: Virtual, via MS TEAMS.

• Possible training dates to be determined mutually by the Client and the Contractor.

• Duration: Within a 2-month period following the date of award.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ), for Virtual Instructor-Led Power BI Training. The training is required by the 82 TRG at Sheppard AFB, TX.

• Virtual Instructor-Led Power BI Training

• Training to encompass both PL-300 and PL-900 certifications.

• Includes Curriculum Materials, Exam Vouchers for each exam, One Re-Take voucher per exam (if needed), Test Preps, and Live Instruction.

• Detailed requirements are provided in Attachment 2 - Statement of Work.

• The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government, considering price and other factors.

• Period of Performance and Lead Time are to be determined by the offeror.

• Response Deadline: Monday, 16 March 2026, no later than 0900 CST.

• Questions Deadline: No later than 0900 CST, 12 March 2026.

• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted via email to the Points of Contact (POCs) and Contracting Officer.

• Quote Validity: Quotes must be valid for 90 days.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Price, Delivery Terms, and Past Performance.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns.

• Small Business Size Standard: $16,000,000.00

• This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC Number: 2025-06, DFARS effective 11/10/2025, and DAF FAC effective 11/10/2025.
