This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically for the delivery of one (1) Brand Name Lincoln Electric CNC Plasma 4510 Machine, three (3) Lincoln Electric Water Tables, and accompanying accessories. The equipment is needed to meet the operational requirements of the 82nd TRSS at Sheppard AFB, TX.

• One (1) Brand Name Lincoln Electric CNC Plasma 4510 Machine with a 5'x10' table and FlextCut 80 Power Supply.

• Three (3) Lincoln Electric PlateGuard™ Water Tables (5 Gallons each).

• Pneumatic Plate Marking Tool.

• Flexcut Consumable Starter Kit.

• Torchmate CAD CAM V10 Professional software.

• Two Stage Air Filtration system with moisture separation and dryer assembly.

• Torchmate Success Package, Platinum.

• Shipping to Sheppard AFB, TX.

• This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

• Funds are not presently available for this effort; award is contingent upon fund availability.

• The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the Points of Contact (POCs) and Contracting Officer by Thursday, 09 April 2026, no later than 1400 CST.

• Quotes must be valid for 90 days.

• Evaluation will be based on the best value to the Government, considering technical capability to meet requirements, price, delivery terms, and past performance.

• Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than 6 APR 2026 at 2:00PM CST.
