• Period of Performance: Five (5) years, including a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.

• Estimated Quantities: Quantities listed in the Price/Cost Schedule and SOW Appendix A are estimates and not guaranteed. The Guaranteed Minimum dollar amount is $10,000.00.
