• Contractor must provide a customer service representative and an administrator in each shoe truck.

• Safety shoes must be provided via enclosed, heated/air-conditioned shoe trucks.

• Contractor must provide a listing of safety footwear issued, including employee name, size, style, and price.

• Contract Period: Base (07-01-2026 to 06-30-2027) plus four (4) Option Periods.
