Scope of Work
The requirement is for the production and delivery of various 84mm munitions and training items, including:
- AT4 Munitions: M136A1 AT4CS-RS and associated variants.
- MAAWS Ammunition: HEDP-502 RS, HE-441D RS, TPT 141, Sub-caliber Adapter CA 553B, 7.62mm Tracer Round, Primer L498, Simulator L612, Multi Target (MT) 756, ASM-509, HEAT-551C RS, ADM 401/401B, Target Practice TP 552, SMOKE 469C, ILLUM 545C, and 20MM Cannon-Caliber Training System (CCTS). The effort supports both operational and training needs. Technical Data Packages (TDPs) will not be provided.

- Capabilities: Respondents must demonstrate adequate technical and manufacturing capability, satisfactory past performance in the explosives processing industry, and possess or be able to timely obtain required skills and facilities.
Submission Requirements
Interested businesses should submit a capabilities statement (max 10 pages, 10pt font, bullet format) demonstrating ability to provide the listed products/systems. Submissions must include:

- Identification of components/materials subject to price volatility/scarcity and mitigation strategies.
