Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive support for the JCLC, including:
- Facilities & Lodging: Billeting for 60 cadets and 12 cadre/chaperones, ensuring separate facilities for males and females. Facilities must be 98% functional and habitable.
- Meals: Provide 9 meals per cycle, including a primary entrée (with vegetarian option), three side dishes, fruit, salad, bread, dessert, and at least two beverage options. Menus must be coordinated with the Government, and meals served on time 95% of the time.
- Training Activities & Equipment: Offer a Leadership Development Program (LDP) with hands-on activities such as rappelling, rock climbing, zip-line, COPE, air rifle range, archery, classroom instruction, and nature hikes. All necessary training equipment and instructional staff must be provided, with personnel 100% trained and equipment 96% serviceable.
- Additional Services: Management, medical services, tools, and supplies in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
