Scope of Work
The USAF intends to procure three (3) complete Portable Explosive Trace Detector (ETD) kits. Each kit must include a handheld detector unit, all necessary accessories for immediate operation, and a protective carrying case. The objective is to acquire modern, effective devices for security operations.
