Additional services may include demolition, geotechnical investigations, and security and force protection (AT/FP) projects. Evaluation
This acquisition will utilize a two-phase, best-value tradeoff selection process in accordance with FAR 36.3 and FAR 15. Proposals will be evaluated for both price and technical merit. Phase I is open to all qualified small business offerors, with selected offerors advancing to Phase 2 via an amendment.
