Amendment / Modification

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide marine grade fuel (90 octane, no ethanol) to Everglades National Park (EVER) for its fleet of boats.

• Supply approximately up to 9,000 gallons per year of marine-grade fuel.

• Deliveries are to an aboveground storage tank (AST) located at 815 Oyster Bar Lane, Everglades City, Florida 34139.

• The contract includes a base year and four option years.

• Fuel must be a minimum of 90 octane gasoline with no ethanol.

• Delivery vehicle must be in good structural condition, with no leaks, and equipped with necessary certifications, safety signs, and spill prevention equipment.

• Delivery vehicle must be parked at least 25 feet from the service tank with the engine shut off.

• Driver/Operator must possess a valid Florida Driver's License, adhere to park speed limits, be trained on emergency refueling procedures, and have access to the vendor's Spill Prevention Plan.

• Driver/Operator must contact park dispatch for emergencies and spills, and coordinate with a park representative for access.

• Service must be performed within 24 hours of notification for emergency service.

• Base Year: July 2026 to July 2027

• Option Year 1: July 2027 to July 2028
