This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the supply of diesel fuel and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) for the Western Colorado Health Care System (WCHCS) in Grand Junction, Colorado. The requirement includes a base year plus three option years. This announcement is a combined synopsis/solicitation and constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued.

• Diesel Fuel: 2400 gallons per month (Type Two Ultra Low Sulphur Clear Highway diesel fuel, not off-road diesel with red dye).

• Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF): 144 gallons per month (meeting ISO 22241-1 standard, 32.5% urea concentration, with freeze protection tote provided by supplier).

• Delivery: To the 23rd street entrance, east side of WCHCS campus. Fuel to be pumped into the station's 1200-gallon tank. DEF to be added to a large tote during diesel deliveries. Routine deliveries Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm MST. Spill containment required during pumping. Emergency deliveries available.

• Mandatory Tasks: Top off the 1200-gallon fuel tank and DEF tote every five to seven business days.

• Generators: Two Caterpillar generators (model XQ230) at the temporary Emergency Department facility.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed price.

• Period of Performance: Base year plus 3 option years, starting from date of award.

• Option to Extend Services: Up to 6 months.

• Total Contract Duration: Not to exceed 4 years, including options.

• Delivery Terms: F.O.B. Destination.
