Scope of Work
This requirement is for the procurement of ten (10) DZYNE Technologies Dronebuster® Block 4 kits, NSN 1340226384697. The Dronebuster Block 4 is a man-portable, handheld C-UAS system capable of detecting, disrupting, and defeating drone threats via radio frequency (RF) jamming and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) disruption. Each kit must include:

- Two (2) Li-Ion Batteries

- External power cable Additionally, the requirement includes a one-day CONUS operator training course for up to 10 students, covering system operation and emergency procedures. The Dronebuster Block 4 is the only authorized cUAS system with the necessary approvals for this application, replacing the end-of-life Block 3.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to the designated Points of Contact and Contracting Officer. Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quote represents the Best Value, considering Technical Capability (pass/fail) and Price. To demonstrate technical compliance, Quoters must submit product literature and clear photographs for each unique item. Quotes that do not meet all technical requirements will be considered unacceptable. Price will be evaluated comparatively. The Government intends to make an award based on initial quotations without conducting post-submittal inquiries.
