Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide contractor support for the Nevada CERFP's External Evaluation (EXEVAL) training events, simulating realistic conditions for personnel to exercise their domestic contingency readiness capabilities.

• Provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for non-personal services.

• Key services include: role players, moulage/clothing, weighted manikins, simulants (Glo Germ), lumber package, real-world medical support (ambulances), and Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) reset.

• The contractor is responsible for all aspects of the service delivery, with no government supervision.

• Performance will be evaluated based on the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• A Quality Control Plan (QCP) must be developed and implemented by the contractor.

• Performance ratings (Green, Yellow, Red) will be assigned based on adherence to performance standards.

• Period of Performance (PoP): 5/17/26 - 5/22/26.

• Primary Place of Performance: Camp Williams, UT 84065.

• Contractor employees must comply with all installation regulations, safety, and security requirements.

• Common Access Card (CAC) may be required for access.
