Scope of Work
This contract requires the manufacture of DURA 1 TILE EAV05 in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 690-6726598 and 7551301 (cage 53711/03950, PN - EB4128EAV05 FIGURE 23-05). Key requirements include:
- Providing O-ring Cords and ensuring tiles have vacuum and gasket channels.
- Using only Teflon or Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) as mold release.
- Adhering to MIL-STD-129 for marking and MIL-STD-973 for Configuration Control.
- Ensuring all materials are mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use.
- The item is on the Qualified Products List (QPL); only tested and approved items are acceptable.
