This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 (11 June 2025) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 17 January 2025, and Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5693 Revision 24.The Guam Army National Guard (GUARNG) requires professional and technical support services needed to coordinate, execute, and evaluate a full scale, tiered response, Pacific based, weapons of mass destruction training exercise.
The 94th CST normally requires 2 annual large scale training exercises facilitated by HAZMAT certified technicians. This requirement serves as training and validation/certification of the team's capabilities and proficiency.
