- Installation of a 4-door controller kit for four exterior doors.
- Replacement of existing panic bars with electric panic bars and installation of surface-mounted door position switches.
- Installation of new wire-free smart locks on ten interior doors.
- Furnishing and installing approximately 500 linear feet of access control cabling, including Cat6 for network communication.
- Installation and configuration of the access control system server (e.g., Q Series ExacqVision or equivalent) with necessary hardware and software.
- Programming and enrollment of 200 MIFARE 2K smart cards, configuration of access levels, schedules, user groups, and reporting features.
- Provision of credential-based access control, audit logs, activity reporting, door status monitoring, and controlled electric latch retraction.
- The system must support future expansion for additional access control points.
- Testing and commissioning of all hardware, credential functionality, and server-controller communication.
