Additional Details

The induction period for initial units is 365 calendar days from contract award, with an option to extend for an additional 365 days (total two years). The contractor shall propose option pricing for a maximum of 10 units over the entire contract period, inclusive of the initial quantity. Separate pricing for the second year is requested if it changes. The total contract value for threshold purposes will be calculated by multiplying the highest proposed unit price by the maximum number of units.
