Response & Evaluation
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals, quotations, or capability statements received within 45 days (or 30 days if under an existing BOA) of publication will be considered. The Government will use this information to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets qualification requirements per FAR clause 52.209-1. While FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) is not being used, interested parties may identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
