Scope of Work
The project involves the complete removal of three existing marquee signs and the installation and programming of three new color LED marquee signs. Key requirements include:
- New signs must be the same size or larger than the old signs (120" wide x 45" tall) and capable of displaying images.
- New frames/housings must display "Dayton VA Medical Center."
- Design must meet VA standards and be approved by VA Engineering.
- Sign supports must be properly installed and encased in concrete.
- The area around the sign must be restored to its original condition.
- Provide one (1) year of maintenance, support, programming, testing, and licensing following commission.
- Software to control all three signs must be uploaded to two Government-owned laptops, with individual or simultaneous programming capability.

Additional Notes
Contractor personnel will require VA access badges or escort. No C&A requirements or Security Accreditation Package are needed. No Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) or Information (GFI) will be provided. All trash must be properly disposed of daily. Contractors must respond to issues within the following business day and provide weekly email updates to the COR.
