Evaluation

Proposals will be evaluated based on Price, Technical capability, and Past Performance. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are considered less important than Price. A tiered evaluation process will be applied, prioritizing SDVOSB concerns, followed by VOSB, then other Small Businesses (including HUBZone and 8(a)), and finally Large Businesses. Offerors must submit a marble sample (13" x 24" x ¾") by the solicitation closing date; samples failing inspection will lead to proposal rejection.
