This includes clearing snow when accumulation reaches one inch, immediate ice treatment using environmentally friendly products (CMA), and specific procedures for parking garage snow removal.
- Improved Grounds Maintenance: Mowing approximately 30 acres, edging, trimming around obstacles, fall leaf removal, and repair of damaged areas. Grass height must be maintained between 3-6 inches.
- Semi-Improved Grounds Maintenance: Mowing approximately 5 acres, maintaining grass height between 8-12 inches.
- Storm Drain Maintenance: Bi-annual cleaning of storm drains in April and October, including debris removal, inspection, flushing, and proper disposal of collected materials.
