• Snow and Ice Removal: 24/7 response within one hour for clearing sidewalks, roads, parking lots, garages, stairs, and ramps. This includes pretreatment with approved ice melt products (e.g., Calcium Magnesium Acetate - CMA) and proper snow piling.
• Storm Drain Maintenance: Bi-annual cleaning (April and October) and annual hydro jetting of storm drains, including debris removal and proper disposal of collected materials in accordance with environmental regulations.

• Period of Performance: A base year from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four (4) one-year option periods.

• Set-Aside: The requirement may be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Businesses, or procured through full and open competition, based on market research results.

Key Qualifications & Notes

• Vendors must have a field service representative located within 200 miles of the West Haven Campus and a minimum response time of 2 hours.
