Scope of Work

The contract requires the procurement of 9mm PCCs in both standard and compact/Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) variants. Deliverables include the carbines, suppressors, and associated accessories. Firearms must be commercially available, new manufacture, and operate consistently with the AR-15 family of weapons. Deliveries will be made to the USSS/RTC facility in Washington, DC.

Key Requirements & Specifications

  • Magazine Compatibility: Must be compatible with Glock magazines (17, 15, 24, 33-rd). MPX magazines or other solutions are not acceptable.
  • Design: Operable by right or left-handed users, dark/subdued finish, closed-bolt, mechanically delayed operating system.
  • Barrel: 9x19mm Luger chambered, 6.0-8.0 inches in length, minimum 10,000-round service life, threaded for sound suppressor.
  • Suppression: Integral suppression is not acceptable; a separate sound suppressor capable of reducing acoustic signature by at least 15 decibels is required.
  • Mode of Fire: Semi-automatic only.
  • Warranty: Minimum five-year warranty from delivery date; lower receivers warranted for 10,000 rounds.
  • Quality Management System (QMS): Manufacturer must have a QMS, with information submitted in both the Technical Volume and as a separate document.
  • Documentation & Training: Armorer training, factory-recommended maintenance procedures, operator/armorer manuals, and spare parts inventory are required.

Submission & Evaluation
