Scope of Interest
NIBIB is seeking information on capabilities to support a potential requirement that may include:
- Contract vehicle coordination and delivery management
- Project discovery and planning
- Data ingestion, curation, and harmonization support
- Multimodal interoperability and integration
- Governance, access, and operating model design
- Pilot and prototype support
- Implementation and scaling support
- Cross-project coordination and reporting Future work is anticipated through task orders covering planning, pilot, scaled implementation, and program coordination.
Capability Statement Requirements
Interested sources should submit a capability statement addressing:
- General Information: Company details (name, address, website, POC, GSA contracts, SAM type, UEI, indirect rates).
- Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in biomedical research, data ecosystems, imaging data management, multimodal interoperability, federal programs, and supporting task order-based requirements. Describe processes for project discovery, data ingestion, harmonization, interoperability, governance, and implementation support. Include experience with central coordinating offices for multi-stakeholder federal programs.
- Management & Resources: How the organization manages project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and coordination. Provide CVs/resumes of relevant personnel and describe available facilities, systems, software, and tools (including cloud, collaboration, project management, reporting, and data support capabilities).

- Format: Capability statements must not exceed 20 pages (excluding CVs and past performance in an Appendix) and use a minimum 12-point font size.
