Quick Summary

The Department of the Air Force (DEPT OF DEFENSE) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for A10 Strategic Plans and Policy Support Services for HQ AF/A10 (Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration). This RFI seeks to identify qualified vendors capable of providing expert support in strategic deterrence and nuclear integration. Capability statements are due by March 17, 2026, 10:00 AM EST.

Submission & Evaluation

Vendors are requested to submit capability statements detailing their ability to meet all PWS requirements. Submissions should highlight technical capabilities, capacity, expertise, and relevant experience (customer, period of performance, contract type, value, description). Information on teaming agreements, joint ventures, partnerships, or consortiums is also requested.

  • Format: Microsoft Word compatible, limited to 10 pages (plus supporting documents).
  • Purpose: This RFI is for information and planning only, not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses will be used to determine potential small business participation and overall industry capability.

Special Requirements

Personnel assigned to Arms Control Support, Nuclear Enterprise, and CWMD/Biodefense roles require specific security clearances, including Top Secret (TS) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Program (SAP), and Special Access Required (SAR) programs.

Additional Notes

This RFI provides an advanced delivery of the Draft PWS to allow vendors time to consider a potential RFP response and build teaming relationships. Vendors who previously responded to RFI FA701426_SPPSS should acknowledge if their submitted Capability Statement requires no changes or provide an updated statement. The Government will not pay for any information submitted.
