Submission & Evaluation
Vendors are requested to submit capability statements detailing their ability to meet all PWS requirements. Submissions should highlight technical capabilities, capacity, expertise, and relevant experience (customer, period of performance, contract type, value, description). Information on teaming agreements, joint ventures, partnerships, or consortiums is also requested.

Special Requirements
Personnel assigned to Arms Control Support, Nuclear Enterprise, and CWMD/Biodefense roles require specific security clearances, including Top Secret (TS) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Program (SAP), and Special Access Required (SAR) programs.
