Justification for Sole Source

The Government intends to award this on a sole-source basis to NGSC under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (FAR 6.103-1). NGSC is identified as the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the AN/AAQ-24. The Government does not own the required manufacturing processes, test equipment, automated program tooling, or proprietary drawings and technical data necessary to compete the production and associated support services.
