Evaluation

This notice is an intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source. However, all proposals received within 45 days of publication will be considered. Non-OEM sources and surplus dealers must notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date, providing evidence of ability to supply, quantity available, and price. Surplus dealers must also include a completed surplus certificate or adequate traceability documentation. The Government may alter the acquisition strategy based on responses.
