Submission Requirements

Source Approval Request (SAR) Program
Companies wishing to be reviewed and qualified as an "Approved Source" for these items should submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. A SAR package must include all technical data to demonstrate the ability to competently manufacture the product to the same or better quality than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). SAR packages should be sent to DLA Aviation, Attn: DLA AVN-DU (SAR Program Manager), 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5100.
