Place of Performance
Services will be conducted at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) located on F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, WY. The government will provide workspace, examination rooms, tables/chairs, electricity, and internet access.
Key Requirements & Clarifications
The contractor is responsible for all costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and permits. A Board Certified Occupational Health Physician (preferred) or Physician's Assistant is required. The government will coordinate and schedule all employee appointments. Quantitative respirator fit testing is necessary. Contractors must develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) and comply with adjudication standards using NCIC-III and TSDB. All contractor labor hours must be reported via the Contractor Manpower Reporting Application (CMRA).
