Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for all associated costs, including labor, materials, equipment, utilities, portable sanitation facilities, insurance, permits, transportation, and tools. The scope includes comprehensive medical surveillance examinations and occupational health services, such as:
- Physical examinations, vision exams, and various lab tests (e.g., Chem 20, heavy metals).
- Pulmonary Function Tests, Chest X-rays, and FIT Testing.
- Medical record keeping, providing written summaries of employee health status, recommendations, and follow-up.
- Services are required annually in accordance with DoD Instruction 6055.5, DoD Instruction 6055.5-M, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.
