• Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI): Contractors must ensure their personnel, subcontractors, and operations are free from actual or potential OCI. Any discovered OCI must be reported to the Contracting Officer in writing, including a description and proposed mitigation plan. Adherence to an approved OCI mitigation plan is required.
• Health and Safety on Government Installations: Contractors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, as well as installation-specific instructions. Accidents, injuries, or safety hazards must be reported immediately.
• Contractor Access to Department of the Air Force Installations: Contractors must comply with all installation access control procedures, including vetting and obtaining necessary passes. Base security policies must be followed, and all issued base access credentials must be returned upon termination of employment, contract completion, or when no longer required.
• Common Access Cards (CAC) for Contractor Personnel: CACs are required for personnel needing logical access to DoD computer networks or unescorted physical access. The Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS) must be used for CAC requests. Lost or stolen CACs must be reported immediately. All CACs must be collected and returned within five (5) days of an employee's departure, contract termination, or when no longer needed.
