• Contract Status: The government confirms that this is a brand new contract, not a continuation of a previous one.
• Pricing Schedule Correction: The quantity for Item 3.0.1, "Cisco IP Phone 8841 SNTC-8X5XNBD," was incorrectly listed as 0 in the price schedule. The correct quantity should be 3.

Bidders should note the correction to the quantity for Item 3.0.1 when preparing their quotes. The contract is confirmed to be a new award.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation (RFQ) for commercial items, specifically network equipment for the Crownpoint Service Unit. The purpose is to procure equipment to expand and upgrade the existing hospital network, including connectivity for cameras, wireless networks, Power-over-Ethernet (POE) devices, and enhanced voice services. This plan replaces older Cisco switches.

• Delivery is required within 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• The period of performance for the overall project is May to June 2025.

• Offers are due by April 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM MDT.

• Submission location: Crownpoint, NM 87313.

• Evaluation criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
