BRAND NAME
This acquisition will be negotiated on a BRAND NAME basis with CURTISS-WRIGHT ELECRO-MECHANICAL CORPORATION, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure.
All responsible sources may submit a response or proposal prior to the offer due date. Any such submissions will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right to make this determination at its sole discretion.
An award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated.
The solicitation is expected to be posted on SAM.gov on or about 13 November 2025, with quotes due on or about 18 November 2025. Prospective offerors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation and any amendments from the SAM.gov website and for monitoring the site regularly for updates. The Government will not be responsible for any issues preventing access to posted documents.
