• Proposals will be evaluated based on technical factors and price. The Government reserves the right to perform a price realism analysis.

• All solicitation requirements must be priced.

• This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.

• The solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-4.

• Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer via WAWF.

• Communications with the contractor will be through the identified Points of Contact (POCs).
