Requirements & Instructions
The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance. Bidders must verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to responding. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required. All freight is FOB Origin. Quotes must include:

- Informal Cost Breakdown (if applicable)
- Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) in days, measured from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility to Government acceptance.
- Awardee CAGE, Inspection & Acceptance CAGE, and Facility/Subcontractor CAGE. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered, and proof on company letterhead signed by a responsible official must be provided with the offer. Changes in design, material, or part number require specific processing and, in most cases, prior approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer. Contractors are responsible for all inspection requirements and maintaining records for 365 days post-delivery. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD 2073.
