  • Remedial Repair: Responding to work requests, performing on-site assessments, submitting scope of work and cost estimates, and completing repairs with a written report within two working days.

  • Parts Replacement: All replacement parts must be new and equal to the manufacturer's original, with reimbursement based on actual cost and requiring COR approval.
