Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To relocate an existing ground-mounted air conditioning unit to the building rooftop and install it to provide dedicated cooling for the IT room, ensuring reliable, efficient, and continuous climate control for IT equipment.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the following:

• Pre-Installation Assessment: Evaluate the existing AC unit's suitability, rooftop structural integrity, electrical/mechanical system compatibility, and identify code/permitting requirements.

• Decommissioning: Disconnect electrical, refrigerant, and control connections; recover refrigerant; and prepare the existing Fujitsu split-type unit (Model #: AOUG12LZAH1) for lifting.

• Rigging and Relocation: Arrange crane and rigging services for transfer to the rooftop, coordinating lift plans, safety, and access.

• Rooftop Installation: Install appropriate mounting systems, secure the unit, and ensure proper clearances.

• Mechanical Connections: Reconnect or install refrigerant piping, test, evacuate, and charge the system.
