Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, starting with the lowest total evaluated price for CLINs 0001-4001. The government intends to make an award based on initial submissions but reserves the right to conduct clarifications. Offerors must submit quotes via email to Charles.king.42@us.af.mil. Eligibility requirements include:

  • Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award.
