Scope of Work

- Video Monitoring System (VMS): Cameras providing high-quality (2K) video with facial recognition capabilities in low-light conditions, connected to the ACS workstation without Air Force Network or commercial internet access.
- Door Mechanisms: Installation of Balanced Magnetic Switch (BMS) or magnet style door locking mechanisms at the main entry door, with instant locking via a "panic" button, Request to Exit (REX) sensor, and manual release. The system must maintain power for at least 24 hours during electrical loss.
- Computer Workstation: A stand-alone, NDAA Section 889 compliant Windows 11 computer (16GB RAM minimum, SSD storage) capable of controlling all system functions, managing user access logs, and retaining video footage for 120 days.
- Optional Video Monitoring Extension (CLIN-0002): If funded, installation of a minimum 55-inch monitor at the reception desk to display active cameras.
- Deliverables: Vendor must supply all necessary parts, equipment, labor, software, remove old parts, and install all wiring.
