Scope of Work
The requirement is for supplies and services related to Access Control Systems (ACS) for TAFB. This includes:
- Installation, management, and maintenance of Avigilon access control systems.
- Preventative maintenance and emergency repair services (hardware and software).
- System troubleshooting, diagnostics, software updates, and configuration changes.
- Hardware upgrades, replacements, and installation of new Avigilon-compatible access control points.
- System design, purchase of COTS and ancillary equipment, integration with GFP/GFE, verification testing, quality control, and site personnel training.
- Ensuring all software is Windows 11 compatible and complies with AF Technical Orders, DISA STIGs, and has an approved Authority to Operate (ATO) for AF NIPRNet connection.
- Providing a one (1) year warranty for system components and two years for parts/extended service.
Contract & Timeline
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
- Period of Performance: Five (5) years, estimated from January 15, 2026, to January 14, 2031.

Evaluation
