Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will be responsible for:
- Providing and installing a Lenel OnGuard-compatible access control system for approximately forty (40) interior and exterior controlled openings.
- Installing a UL-listed intrusion detection system to protect the Pharmacy and designated controlled substance storage areas.
- Supplying a dedicated workstation and licensing for IHHC Security for local monitoring and administration.
- Integrating lockdown functionality.
- Programming user access levels, time zones, and alarm escalation procedures.
- Conducting full system testing and commissioning.
- Providing comprehensive training for IHHC Security and IT personnel.
- Delivering complete documentation, including as-built drawings, system configuration documentation, and device schedules.
- Providing software licenses and configuration backups.
- Offering a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty.
